- Ensuring the seamless management of payroll and timesheet validation.
- Validate and approve contractor and employee timesheets to ensure accurate payroll and invoicing processes.
- Prepare and manage payroll for employees, including benefits and deductions at source (DAS).
- Prepare invoices for all customers, including specific processes for clients.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables by managing the invoicing cycle effectively.
-Validate and approve contractor and employee expense claims, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
- Receipt and authorize all invoices from external suppliers and service providers, ensuring timely payments.
- Insource work currently performed by external accountants to produce periodic financial statements.
- Collaborate with external accountants and tax specialists for audits, tax filings, and financial reporting.
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
● Strong knowledge of payroll, invoicing, and tax reporting procedures.
● Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
● Ability to manage multiple financial streams with accuracy and attention to detail.
● Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
● Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
