I am looking for an accounting clerk, for my client in Anjou. This is a permanent position.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Enter supplier invoices into the accounting system
- Match invoices with supplier purchase orders and ensure correct
accuracy of payments to be made
- Print incoming invoices
- Prepare documentation prior to printing cheques
- Collect from customers, create product codes in computer system

- Enter shipping dates in the system
- Open customer accounts in the system
- DEP -AEC in accounting, finance or related field
- Bilingualism
- Knowledge of Excel
