My name is Fiona, and I'm a recruitment and business development consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.
I'm looking for an accounting clerk for my client, a transportation company. This is a permanent position in Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu.
Your main tasks will be :
Payables management: Approve, process and follow up supplier invoices and

Receivables management: Prepare and send customer invoices and monitor accounts

What we expect from you :
Autonomy and versatility: Ability to manage several tasks independently.

Education: An accounting diploma (DEC, DEP) is a major asset, but is not
required to apply
Experience: At least 2 years' experience in accounting
Technical skills: Advanced mastery of the Oice suite, in particular
Excel. Knowledge of Sage50 is a plus.
Language: Bilingualism required (some English-speaking customers and suppliers).
