- Ensure the complete accounting cycle
- Bookkeeping (daily)
- Control expenses + issue recommendations
- Bank reconciliation (weekly to provide information to management for their meeting)
- Prepare financial statements and present analysis results
- Actively participate in the development of annual budgets and monthly follow-ups
- Support the sales team in opening new accounts
- Process weekly payroll
- Open customer accounts
- Depreciation of new industrial machines
- Cash Flow analysis (monthly)
- Responsible for audits and communication with the government
- Analyze financial trends and provide informed recommendations
- Supervision of an accounting technician
The profile we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (CPA designation is an asset)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
