I'm looking for an Accounting Technician for my client, a company specializing in the distribution of gas appliances. This is a permanent, face-to-face position.
Under the supervision of the CFO, the accounting technician will be responsible for key processes such as foreign currency supplier management, payment and deposit management, account reconciliation, etc. You will also be actively involved in the implementation of a new ERP system. In addition, you will actively participate in the implementation of a new ERP system.
Main tasks:
- Accounting for foreign-currency supplier invoices
- bank and credit card reconciliation
- planning supplier payments
- Record customer cash receipts
- Ensure that inventory is up to date in accounting software
- Production of daily and monthly reports
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements
- Any other related tasks
Profile required:
- College diploma (DEC), equivalent, or relevant experience;
- Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar role;
- Functional level of English, both oral and written.
