My name is Romane, recruitment and business development advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in the recruitment of finance professions. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speak your language and operate in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions.
I am looking for an Accounting Technician for my client, a company in the transport sector. This is a permanent position in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
Under the supervision of the Accounting and Administration Director:
You will be the person responsible for the complete Payroll cycle (around 50 employees), including the management of group insurance;
You will be responsible for validating and recording purchase invoices, and preparing their payment;
You will act as administrative and accounting support to members of the management team.
What we will notice:
Your expertise (having worked for an accounting firm will be an asset)
Your training (Technical DEC or Baccalaureate in accounting/administration)
Your skills in a computerized environment (Microsoft Office suite, Prextra, Avantage, Repair Center, Towsoft, etc.)
Your ease in communicating, both orally and in writing (French and English)
Your dynamism and sound management of priorities
Your teamwork skills
Your punctuality, your courtesy, your professionalism and your discretion
