My name is Romane, recruitment and business development advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in the recruitment of finance professions. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speak your language and operate in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions.
I am looking for an Accounting Technician for my client, a group in the repair sector. This is a permanent position in Mont-Saint-Hilaire.
Analyze our operating costs per parcel
Design price models per package
Revise and suggest price lists based on changes in costs and competitor strategies.
Suggest prices that meet our profitability criteria.
Prepare various financial analyzes and periodic reports
Analyzes the results, explains the variances with the budget and with the previous periods, makes recommendations in connection with these
analyses.
And what does it take to be a good accounting technician?
Training in accounting or a related field (DEP, AEC, DEC, or certificate) combined with a
work experience in accounting of 3 to 5 years;
A desire to contribute ideas and improve processes
Proactivity and autonomy
English-French bilingualism
In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for a person:
Holding a university degree in accounting or finance.
Having at least 3 years in an accounting role, whether in control or financial analysis.
Excellent understanding and use of Excel, Power BI and tools
accounting technologies.
Autonomous and rigorous.
Demonstrating team spirit.
Demonstrating a capacity for synthesis
