Your responsibilities:
- Carry out bookkeeping
- Communicate, as needed, with various suppliers
- Perform rebilling for various accounting entities (multi-company)
- Prepare customer invoices
- Process incoming payments
- Update customer/supplier files in the accounting system
- Support preparation of internal financial statements
- Support preparation of files for annual audit
- Issue purchase orders
- Process GST-QST-HST (Provincial (Quebec and Ontario), Federal)
- Prepare customer orders (Medical Devices)
- Produce various reports as required
- All other related tasks

Your profile:
- Hold a vocational diploma (DEP), an Attestation of Collegial Studies (AEC) or a diploma in accounting techniques, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in data entry (accounts payable/receivable)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Bilingualism (necessary to communicate with the different teams, which are both English and French-speaking)
- Interpersonal skills with suppliers and customers
- Analytical mind and ability to work as part of a team
- meticulous and conscientious
- Honesty and discretion
- Knowledge of Sage 50
- Ability to learn and master new software quickly
