My name is Fiona, and I'm a recruitment and business development consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.
I'm looking for an Accounting Technician for my client, a manufacturing company. This is a permanent position in Granby (Hybride).
YOU TAKE US TO THE TOP BY :
- Participating in the month-end process;
- Performing inter-company reconciliations;
- Producing monthly KPIs;
- Analyzing/Adjusting production costs;
- Coding invoices payable;
- Preparing certain receivable invoices;
- Preparing weekly cash flow follow-up;
- Making payroll entries;
- Participating in the year-end process;
- Participate in the budget and forecast process;
- Produce analyses or reports as required by the department;
- Ensuring accuracy of results (balancing);
- Participating in the improvement of existing processes;
- Support the controller in his daily tasks.
YOU'VE GOT IT ALL:
- DEC in administration, finance or related field;
- 5 to 7 years' relevant experience;
- Very good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, Power Query);
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing in French and English (for communication with internal and external customers);
