My name is Fiona, and I'm a recruitment and business development consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.
I'm looking for an Accounting Technician for my client, a distribution company. This is a permanent position in Boucherville.
Duties :
-Process payroll (Nethris) every two weeks (+/- 18 employees)
-Produce & account for payroll reports
Year-end report (T4/Relevé 1 + summary, CSST etc.)
-Production of pay equity report
-Calculation of commissions
-Manage, with management approval, the RRSP & group insurance program
-Handle international supplier accounts
Participate in month-end (job analyses) and monthly financial statement production;
-Assist manager in accounts receivable collection.
-Assist the Finance Manager and the Technician in their tasks and replace them during their vacations.
Profile :
- DEC or DEP in accounting
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing in French and English (for communication with suppliers);
