I'm looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk for my client located in the West of Montrealm in Dorval. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode, 3 days remote.
Your Responsabilities:
* Manage the full accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices and verification, to payment, including coding invoices, obtaining approval and processing the invoices into the accounting system
* Resolve all invoice discrepancies
* Maintain Accounts Payable filing system and year-end audit files
* Reconcile vendor accounts
* Correspond with vendors regarding accounts payable
* Assist in ad hoc projects as needed.
* Provide support to external and governmental audits
* Assist in documenting procedures
Your Profile:
* DEC or DEP in accounting or related subject
* 3 years of AP experience
* Organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous
* Good oral, written and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines
* Solid understanding of AP controls, foreign currency transactions and best practices
* Experience with RAMCO (an asset)
* Experience with Microsoft Office (intermediate level Excel)
