My name is Fiona, and I'm a recruitment and business development consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I'm looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk for my client, a manufacturing company. This is a permanent position in Granby (Possibility of 100% TT).
YOU TAKE US TO THE TOP BY :
- Verifying that invoices are made and received according to the prices, terms and conditions agreed by the claimants;
- Ensuring that GST and QST inputs are recorded in accordance with Ministry of Revenue recommendations;
- Making and verifying payment proposals to ensure that payments and payment terms are in accordance;
- Verifying and analyzing statements of account of selected suppliers on a monthly basis;
- Reconciling and following up receipt of supplier invoices according to goods received;
- Optimizing existing processes;
YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED:
- DEC in administration or equivalent training;
- 1 to 2 years' experience in accounts payable;
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English and French (for communications with internal and external customers);
- Knowledge of SAP (Asset);
- Good knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel).
- Organizational skills, autonomy, versatility, initiative and team spirit.
