Hi, I'm Christina, Recruitment and Business Development Consultant with Fed Finance, a recruitment agency specializing in finance and accounting. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.

I'm looking for an Accounts Payable Technician for my client located downtown Montreal. This is a contrat position with possibility of permanency in hybrid mode, 3 days remote.
Your responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting entries
- Ensure complete payables cycle (invoice entry, expense reports, prepare payments, etc.)
- Prepare cash deposits on a weekly basis and deposit them at the bank.
- Prepare tax receipts for cash donations and T4A forms
- Maintain office supplies inventories and process orders accordingly
- Manage maintenance calls for all office equipment
- File all accounting forms
- Perform other administrative and accounting tasks
Your profile:
- DEC in accounting or related field
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Windows environment (MS Office, Excel intermediate level, Microsoft Dynamics GP)
- Fluency in French and good knowledge of English
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
