Hello, I am Jinane, Recruitment and Business Development Advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment agency specializing in accounting, finance, and payroll positions. I handle two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.
I am currently searching, on behalf of my client, a well established company in the west Island of Montrea, for Accounts Receivable Technician. This is a permanent position with 3 days remote work after the training period.
Responsibilities:
* Collection and monitoring of customer accounts
* Entering and invoicing customer account data
* Administrative support on special projects as needed
* Carry out account reconciliations
* Complete cycle of accounts receivable tasks
* Different weekly reports on accounts receivable
* Other related stains
Do you think this job is for you?? This may be the case if you have:
2-3 years of experience in accounting (experience in the field of business accounting is an asset)
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
* College diploma in accounting
* Detail oriented
* Verbal and written communication skills (English and French)
* Good command of Microsoft Excel software
* Ability to deal effectively with team members and customers
* Ability to learn new software systems and manipulate data for analysis purposes
* Positive attitude with the ability to quickly adapt to change
* Knowledge of ACCPAC accounting software, an asset
