My name is Clémence, Recruitment Advisor and Business Development Specialist at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in accounting, finance, and payroll positions.
I am currently seeking an Administrative and Accounting Assistant for my client, a construction company with about ten employees located in Saint-Léonard. This is a permanent position.
Tasks
* Enter data into our accounting software Maestro for small subcontractors and suppliers;
* Manage the company's main email inbox (filing and saving emails on the server, forwarding to the relevant persons, printing invoices and attachments, etc.);
* Organize and file paper documentation, invoices, etc.;
* Make bank deposits;
* Manage office supplies and stationery;
* Handle phone calls and welcome visitors;
* Manage employee timesheets;
* Verify employee receipts against credit card statements;
* Send receipts to suppliers and subcontractors. Verify them when returned and proceed with cheque issuance if everything is in order;
* Follow up on rent payments for our tenants (both residential and corporate);
* Manage mail (postal service);
* Scan various documents and organize them in both paper and digital formats.
Diploma in Accounting and/or Secretarial Studies
Or significant experience in accounting.
Excellent command of French and intermediate English (to communicate with some American suppliers).
A conscientious and meticulous person.
Must be capable of working in a team, as the individual will work closely and continuously with our accounting manager.
