My name is Fiona, and I'm a recruitment and business development consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.
I'm looking for an Assistant Controller for a company in the distribution sector located in Boucherville. This is a permanent position.
- Participate in special projects in collaboration with the CFO and various departments
- Contribute to the implementation of the SAP ERP system
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly reports covering all stages of the financial cycle
- Supervise accounting technicians and clerks
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Participate in the annual audit process
- This position is open-ended and can be adapted to your interests and skills.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field (an asset)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Experience in team management
- Dynamic, with excellent team spirit
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, autonomous and pro-active
- Bilingual French/English (spoken and written)
- Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, vertical searches, SI functions, etc.)
- Knowledge of SAP (an asset)
PROCEDURE: Initial interview with Fiona Moulin, recruitment consultant, followed by a second interview with the CFO and Human Resources.
