I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.

I'm looking for a Credit Manager for one of our clients in Ville St Laurent.
- Supervision of a team of 8 employees; training, coaching, daily management to increase employee performance, performance evaluation, team motivation.
- Supervision of account opening process and customer master file management.
- Management of legal files, lawyers, collection agencies, bankruptcies and complex cases.
- Management, collection of major accounts and export sales.
- Review and analysis of financial situation of new and existing customers.
- Responsible for establishing credit limits and payment terms.
- Supervises order release processes.
- Oversees release processes and acts as substitute when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards, policies and procedures.
- All other related tasks and analyses related to team operation and collection work.
Approximately 5 years' professional experience as a credit supervisor or manager.
Bachelor's degree in finance or other relevant training.
Diploma from the Credit Institute of Canada.
Good knowledge of computer systems and MS Office suite.
Bilingualism (French and English), written and spoken.
Knowledge of Get Paid collection software (an asset).
Experience working in the distribution or construction sector (an asset).
Experience in a large group (an asset).
Experience in a highly computerized environment (an asset).
