I'm looking for a Director of Finance for my client located in the West of Montreal, in Ville Saint-Laurent. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode, 1 day in office.
Your Responsabilities:
* Act as a financial business partner and adviser
* Participate in decision-making and strategy development
* Identify and present financial and operational KPI and other business metrics
* Responsible for the preparation of consolidated financial information and reporting
* Responsible for the consolidated annual budget and quarterly forecast process
* Responsible for the treasury function
* Responsible for monthly and quarterly compliance reporting
* Supervise a team
* Implement improvement projects
* Support the CFO
* Lead the year end external audit
Your Profile:
* CPA title
* Experience in an accounting firm
* 5-8 years of experience in finance and accounting, including extensive consolidation and reporting experience
* Analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Ability to develop FP&A tools, templates and/or models
* Leadership skills with experience in managing a team
* Experience with system implementation, process improvement, change management
* Proficiency with ERP and accounting software
