Hello, I'm Marian, Recruitment Director at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance and accounting. I'm looking for a Financial Analyst in Montreal for a listed group specializing in digital services.
Your responsibilities :
- Perform month-end closing activities, including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations and month-end reports.
- Participate in the preparation of quarter-end and year-end financial information, including presentations to management and the Board of Directors.
- Perform data entry and compilation for financial analysis.
- Participate in the execution and documentation of SOX controls.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance our processes and support company growth.
- Respond to departmental and other ad hoc requests.
Your profile:
- Minimum 1 to 3 years' relevant experience.
- Experience with Oracle and Smartview an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA designation or in process of obtaining is an asset.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to quickly master financial systems.
- Experience with ERP systems is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Good team spirit
- Dynamic personality with the ability to learn quickly, be proactive and adapt to changing requirements.
