I'm looking for a Financial Analyst for my client in the Lanaudière region, for a permanent or temporary position.
Your tasks will be to:
- 2 components: Real Estate and Construction
- Carry out financial analyses (profitability, profitability)
- Implement process improvements
- Prepare monthly and annual budgets
- Participate in special projects
- Other related tasks
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Experience in accounting or related field
- Real estate/construction experience
- CPA designation (an asset)
- Resourceful
- Versatile
What we offer:
- Salary between 95k and 105k
- 40-hour work week
