I'm looking for a Junior Accounting Technician for my client in the Laurentians.
Your tasks will be to:
- Daily processing of credit note / RGA transactions
- Receive customer payments by cheque and direct deposit
- Assist with customer invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- File accounting documents (customer invoices and credit notes)
- Perform inventory adjustments
- Other related tasks
- DEC or AEC/DEP in accounting
- 1 to 3 years' experience in accounting within a SME (an asset)
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Knowledge of Excel
- Resourceful
* Communication with international customers: As some of our customers and collaborators are based in the United States, you will be required to communicate with them regularly in English, both orally and in writing.
