I'm looking for a payroll supervisor for a construction company located in the Laurentians.
As manager of the department and attached to human resources, your tasks will be to:
- Management and supervision of the payroll department (2 employees)
- Payroll for over 600 employees
- Payroll for unionized, non-unionized and CCQ employees
- Manage CCQ reports and remittances
- Month-end remittances, DAS, CNESST
- Process improvements and internal controls
- T4 remittances and statements1
- Other related tasks
Your profile:
- Experience in the construction industry (important)
- Experience in employee management
- Good interpersonal skills
- Interpersonal skills and focus on work atmosphere
