My name is Romane, recruitment and business development advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in the recruitment of finance professions. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speak your language and operate in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions.

I am looking for a Payroll Technician for my client, a group in the repair sector. This is a permanent, presential position in Mont-Saint-Hilaire.

More specifically, you will have to:
 Ensure the complete payroll cycle:
 Manage and maintain the punch and time management system;
 Maintain employee files;
 Recommend, develop and coordinate projects to improve remuneration management practices/policies/procedures with a view to attracting and mobilizing staff.
 Count employee timesheets as well as customer timesheets to
preparation of invoicing;
 In conjunction with the OHS representative, coordinate the company's health and safety and prevention activities;
 Ensure the processing of complaints at the CNESST and manage active files;
 Complete and compile various HR reports
 Manage group insurance memberships as well as updating current files
of employment and upon termination of employment;
 Manage training needs: recommend training and coordinate the organization of training
these, according to the needs identified;
 Compile information relating to training: legal obligations and renewal of training with deadline;
 Ensure certain responsibilities that arise from the hiring of foreign workers (arrival and departures, handling of special cases, etc.) in support of the recruitment agency;
 Keep informed of existing laws and/or government measures regarding remuneration and be the resource for their proper application;

 Training in administration or a related field (DEP, AEC, DEC, or certificate) combined with work experience in payroll processing of at least 5 years;
 Experience with payroll processing in a CCQ/RBQ universe
 Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding remuneration;
 Experience in payroll processing with the Nethris system an important asset;
 English-French bilingualism
