Your tasks, with the support of a Team Leader, will be :
- Develop your own customer portfolio. Like an entrepreneur, you'll manage your entire commercial relationship, from prospecting to appointments, from negotiation to retention;
- Position yourself as a solution provider for your candidates and customers: as an expert in your field, you'll be able to advise them on the best way to carry out their recruitment assignments.
- Put a smile on the faces of our candidates and customers after meeting their respective expectations;
- Sourcing and talking to candidates specialized in your field to understand their search and position them with our customers ;

The Profile we are looking for :
- University degree, BAC in Business Administration, HR or equivalent
- Bilingual in French and English
- Thoroughness and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A strong taste for challenge and constantly surpassing oneself
