J'accompagne une compagnie dans le recrutement d'un nouvel(le) analyste comptable pour rejoindre son équipe de gestion du family office.
Your responsibilities :
- Collect and prepare financial data to make the corresponding accounting entries in the ledgers (inter-company, prepaid expenses, etc.);
- Perform complete entity accounting;
- Perform some invoicing;
- Prepare government remittance reports;
- Prepare bank reconciliations (credit card and inter-company);
- Prepare investment reconciliations;
- Perform fund transfers;
- Maintain various data files (vehicles, insurance, real estate, etc.);
- Provide year-end support to external audit team;
- Prepare budgets.
Your profile:
- College diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's degree in accounting, combined with 3 to 5 years' experience in the field. CPA designation an asset;
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Comfortable with accounting systems (Acomba, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize in order to act quickly and meet deadlines;
- Professional and meticulous
- Proactive and autonomous, you seize every opportunity and use all available resources;
- An excellent team player, you encourage mutual aid and communication;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
