I am looking for a senior financial analyste FP&A for a manufacturing group located in Anjou. This position is permanent, full-time, with 2 days at office.
- Administer the monthly reporting cycle for the Operations group and coordinate monthly meetings to review financial results to fully understand business events and market trends.
- Prepare monthly analyzes of actual results and compare them to forecasts and budget. Explain discrepancies and make recommendations for corrective actions to be taken.
- Collaborate with the Operations group team to provide it with the necessary support for the preparation of financial analyzes for the effective management of its activities.
- Prepare key performance indicators, support management and finance teams by providing them with the forecasts, budgets and other analyzes they need
- Participate in the forecasting and budgeting process and lead initiatives to continually improve and automate the tools used to establish forecasts and budgets.
- Prepare a detailed budget by business unit and review it with the people responsible for these business units
- Change financial forecasts following monthly analyzes and meetings with different business partners.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, commerce or administration
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
- CPA title, an asset
- Knowledge and mastery of accounting and financial systems and software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint
