Your responsibilities:
- Prepare tax returns for Canadian and U.S. entities, ensuring compliance with
compliance with tax rules and deadlines in each country;
- Prepare tax forms such as T1134, CDC, T4A, T106, etc., for corporations, taking into account
variations between provincial and state jurisdictions;
- Collect and analyze financial data for tax purposes;
- Analyze and interpret current tax legislation;
- Update our tax tracking systems;
- Perform various administrative and organizational tasks - general correspondence and
filing.
- Support the management and application of indirect taxes for Canadian and foreign entities.

Your profile:
- Degree or certificate in accounting or related field;
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience related to the responsibilities described;
- Experience in an accounting firm;
- Knowledge of US taxation, an asset;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Demonstrate good overall vision and strong analytical skills;
- Excellent management of priorities, deadlines and time;
- Ability to adapt to change and build positive interpersonal relationships

- Bilingualism (in this position, you will be communicating with companies in the US and Quebec).
