I'm looking for an accounts payable and stock management technician for my client, located near a metro station and with parking. This is a permanent 35-hour hybrid contract.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow up purchase orders with the various logistics service centers.
Verify and record merchandise purchase prices in the system.
Follow-up on external supplier statements and inter-company merchandise transactions.
Supervise supplier credits and the management of goods in transit.
Process carrier invoices and ensure accuracy.
Support year-end closing files.
Respond to analysts' requests for analysis of period-end receipts and purchases, and assessment of average costs.
Ability to adapt to change and the unexpected.
Enjoy teamwork and collaboration.
Demonstrate organizational skills, rigor and autonomy.
Positive, respectful attitude and genuine interest in learning.
Ability to respect deadlines and priorities.
Excellent communication skills in French and English, essential for dealing with an international clientele.
Experience required: between 1 and 3 years.
