Today, I am recruiting for one of my great clients located in the east of the island of Montreal, a business applications manager (Senior ERP Business Analyst) with minimum 5 years of experience in roles similar. The position is permanent, hybrid mode and with great social benefits.

- Implement the planning strategy by proposing innovative solutions and providing support for business applications.
- Analyze the organization's existing applications based on user needs in order to develop and execute a strategic plan to coordinate the transition and optimize the application portfolio.
- Ensure the maintenance and evaluation of the application portfolio by effectively planning the necessary updates and improvements.
- Guarantee the quality of the integration of business applications and production management systems with other IT systems.
- Define the team's execution objectives for assigned projects and ensure clear communication of these objectives.
- Monitor incidents and user requests while ensuring compliance with established service levels.
- Define and monitor the team's performance objectives for the projects entrusted to them.
- Collaborate with suppliers to guarantee quality service, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure complete and up-to-date documentation of business applications.

- University degree in computer science or industrial engineering.
- Experience in managing teams and suppliers.
- Experience in implementing ERP systems for the manufacturing sector.
- Expertise in application process design management.
- Experience in implementing Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
- French/English bilingualism (written and oral) to communicate effectively with English- and French-speaking sites.
- Versatility and great autonomy.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a team and manage pressure well.
- Availability for occasional travel.
