All our consultants are IT experts who speak your language and work in your environment. We cover the IT, development, business intelligence and infrastructure professions.
We are looking for an experienced ERP Dynamics365/PowerBI Business Analyst to join a company in the energy sector, located in Montreal. This is a permanent, hybrid position (a few days a month on site).
Reporting to the Director of Information Technology (IT), the incumbent will play a key role in enhancing existing application solutions and deploying new business solutions covering all company sectors. He/she will be responsible for the complete management of assigned projects, from planning to execution. She will also contribute to the optimization of business processes and provide user support in her areas of expertise.
Main responsibilities:
Collaborate with super-users to analyze business needs and recommend adapted solutions;
Take charge of all stages of IT projects: needs analysis, definition of mandates, approval and follow-up of project plans;
Translate business and functional needs for partners and suppliers;
Proactively identify integration issues and potential impacts of projects, in order to facilitate their design and implementation;
Act as technical expert for all corporate systems (ERP Dynamics 365, CRM, Power BI, PowerApps, etc.); Define, optimize and apply the best practices of the company. );
Define, optimize and apply access management and deployment methodologies, processes and procedures for application systems (SOX and 52-109 compliance);
Coordinate and resolve level 3 application incidents and problems;
Participate in the selection and implementation of new technologies, train and support super-users and technicians through clear training and documentation;
Develop and maintain up-to-date business process diagrams.
University degree in business technology management or equivalent;
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in IT business analysis, including ERP implementation or evolution;
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and/or Dynamics AX (an asset);
Mastery of one or more business areas such as : finance, sales, purchasing, production, inventory management, quality or human resources;
Good understanding of project management principles, with experience in Agile methodology;
Proven ability to use modeling and analysis tools and methods;
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders;
Knowledge of Power Platform and Azure DevOps (an asset);
Analytical mindset, sense of synthesis, results-oriented;
Excellent organizational skills, effective time and priority management;
Communication and writing skills in French and English, with clarity and conciseness.
