We are looking for a Level 1 IT Technician to join our dynamic team. This is a temporary position for a minimum of 4 months (with the possibility of renewal or extension), on site, located west of Montreal.
I am looking for a Level 1-2 IT Support Technician for my client located in the West Island. This is a temporary position - on site. Salary varies according to experience and qualifications.
Your tasks :
- Process and manage requests made by users via the company's ticketing system
- Help identify the best IT solutions to optimize the operational needs of each department
- Solve more complex IT problems and integrate new technologies
- Install and configure network equipment, servers and software;
- DEP / DEC in IT
- At least 3 years' experience in an IT support role
- Knowledge of and ability to keep up to date with new trends, cyber security, etc.
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools, Windows, Office 365, AD, Intune, SCCM
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in French and English, spoken and written
- Have good communication skills and be able to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize requests according to urgency.
