Your function
I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a manufacturing company in the transportation field located in Boucherville, a Chief Electrical Engineer.
Permanent position 40h/week
Reporting to the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Manager, you will play an essential role in supervising and coordinating key projects of the team dedicated to the design of electrical equipment. Your main tasks will include:
- Assess and define specific requirements for priority projects to ensure optimal planning, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Organize and plan the team's electrical design in line with established priorities, while ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to deadlines.
- Break down projects into precise tasks and distribute them within the team to facilitate structured and organized execution.
- Provide technical assistance to the team, solving complex problems and advising on overcoming technical obstacles.
- Identify and communicate material, information and training requirements to ensure project success and team professional development.

Your profile
-Minimum 5 years' experience in the electrical manufacturing field
-Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or relevant equivalent
-Bilingual French - English
-Knowledge of electrical design and embedded systems development
-Knowledge of electricity and automotive mechanics
-Knowledge of design software (Autocad Electrical), Python language, CAN protocol
-Project management skills, Agile and Sprint methods
-90k - 130k depending on profile and experience, RRSP and insurance.
