I am currently recruiting for one of my clients in the food industry for an Industrialization Specialist.
Position: 40 hours/week - On-site.
Your Role
Reporting to the R&D Director and as an expert in industrialization, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Lead the industrialization of new products: Ensure the smooth transition of new products from design to production while meeting quality, cost, and time constraints.
Participate in continuous improvement of production processes to enhance efficiency and ensure defect-free manufacturing.
Develop and validate manufacturing methods in collaboration with R&D and production teams.
Supervise industrial trials to validate process feasibility and adjust methods based on results.
Oversee technical documentation: Draft and update production procedures and technical data sheets.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to define equipment needs and ensure optimal operation.
Conduct technology watch: Stay informed of new production technologies and their potential impact on the company.
Other related tasks focused on optimizing production processes.

Your Profile
5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role in industrialization within the food industry.
Knowledge of standards and regulatory requirements in the industry.
