I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a company specializing in the aerospace sector based in Mirabel, for a Machinist - Temporary Night Shift (6 months) - 40h/week position.
Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Operating various machine tools to manufacture parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Ensuring the quality of manufactured parts in collaboration with the quality department.
- Performing adjustments, repairs, or modifications on machined parts when necessary.
- Assisting in the fabrication of templates to meet departmental needs.
- Managing raw material inventory efficiently to optimize production.
Education & Technical Skills
- D.E.P. in Machining Techniques, D.E.C. in Aircraft Manufacturing, or D.E.C. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of G-code and CNC programming languages (Masatrol or Mastercam) is an asset.

Conditions
- Salary: $55,000 - $67,000 annually + $1/hour night shift premium.
- Temporary position for 6 months - Night shift - 40h/week.
