I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a metallurgical manufacturing company located in Montreal East, for a Material and Building Maintenance Coordinator on a full-time basis.
Your Role
Reporting to the Operations Director, your responsibilities include:
-Managing the supply of materials and parts for building and equipment maintenance.
-Supervising preventive and corrective maintenance work on facilities.
-Planning and coordinating the interventions of subcontractors and suppliers.
-Keeping the inventory of parts and materials required for operations up to date.
-Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards during interventions.
-Participating in continuous improvement projects related to building maintenance.
-Preparing maintenance and intervention follow-up reports.
-Assisting in preparing maintenance budgets.
-Performing other related tasks as needed by the company.
Your Professional Skills
-Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
-Excellent interpersonal skills with internal teams and suppliers.
-Proficiency in computer tools (maintenance management software).
-Technical understanding of industrial equipment and buildings.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Your Profile
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
-Degree in maintenance management, civil engineering, or a related field.
-Experience in manufacturing industries, an asset.
-Functional English required.
-Knowledge of electromechanics, an asset.
Conditions and Benefits
-Permanent position, 40 hours per week.
-Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 gross annually + 5% bonus
