I am currently recruiting a Quality Engineer for one of my clients, a manufacturing company located on the South Shore of Montreal.
Permanent position 40h/week - hybrid
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
- Develop and implement quality assurance tools and processes.
- Manage internal and external audits.
- Identify root causes of non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure team training and awareness of quality standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve overall performance.
Your professional skills :
- Thoroughness and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
- Analytical and methodical.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or any other relevant discipline.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in quality management in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards an asset.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and French.
Salary :
85k - 100k depending on experience
