Job Description:

FED MANUTECH CANADA IS RECRUITING FOR A NEW POSITION - PERMANENT FULL-TIME :

As part of FED MANUTECH's development, I'm recruiting a recruitment consultant who will be responsible for developing his/her business portfolio and who wishes to participate in the growth of the brand, the latest flagship of the Montreal office under development.

You'll be joining a team of 4 people, currently made up of Julie, Hanae, Maxime and Rayan, who work every day in good spirits!

As a consultant, you'll work with our industrial customers on technical profiles in various sectors: pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, agri-food, chemicals, and more tangible sectors such as automotive, aeronautics, metallurgy, plastics and mechanics, on technical, engineering and management positions.
We do our utmost to find the rare pearl.

Your responsibilities:

-Finding and meeting candidates: interviews will hold no secrets for you, and you'll know how to win the confidence of your contacts.

-Prospecting for new customers: at ease with your telephone as an extension of your own body, you're an outstanding prospector!

-Customer loyalty: you know how to maintain a solid relationship with your customers and be a real advisor.

-Negotiation: you know how to defend your work and you also know that a successful negotiation is made up of compromises in which each side takes a step towards the other;

Profile required:

- University degree, BAC in Business Administration or equivalent
- Bilingual in French and English
- Thoroughness and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A strong taste for challenge and constantly surpassing oneself
