I'm recruiting a afeter sales customer agent for my client located in Sainte-Julie.

Your role:

- Contribute to the optimization of after-sales service by offering excellent customer service (maintenance, technical support, etc.);
- Manage customer complaints;
Carry out an initial diagnosis based on requests received;
- Suggest appropriate technical explanations based on customer complaints;
Confirm warranty claims;
- Support the team in resolving technical problems, as required;
- Write diagnostic reports detailing identified technical problems;
- Inform managers and/or suppliers of observed technical incidents;
- Enter relevant information into Zendesk/SAP software;
-Provide top-notch customer service that reflects the company's image.
-Contribute to the maintenance of a good working climate on a daily basis, using the company's values;
- Perform all other related tasks.

Skills :

- SAP system skills for order management (data entry, tracking, inventory management).
- Good command of office tools (Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of logistics and sales processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English in order to be able to communicate with our English-speaking customers and partners.
- Sense of customer service and ability to manage delicate situations.
- Rigor, organization and ability to work under pressure.
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate with different departments.
