I'm assisting one of our customers in the distribution sector, located in Mirabel, in their search for a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator.


Reporting to the Customer Service and Logistics Supervisor, the Customer Service and Logistics Advisor coordinates product shipments to over 25 countries, in collaboration with forwarders and carriers. He/she ensures efficient, quality service.
Main responsibilities:
Check product availability with planning.
Create and track production orders.
Process specific requests (prepayment, quarantine, etc.).
Prepare shipping documents (CERS/SCDE, certificates of origin, packing slips) with the support of the customs compliance department and brokers.
Coordinate transport bookings (air, sea, road) according to incoterms and packaging requirements.
Work closely with Shipping to prepare and collect goods.
Track deliveries, collect proofs of delivery and update the system.
Manage inter-company invoicing.
Ensure effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
Update inventories and customer files in the system.
Participate in finished goods inventories.
Comply with internal policies (safety, customs compliance, etc.).
Perform all other related customer service and logistics tasks.

 A DEC or AEC in transportation logistics techniques or other related field;
 Must have good verbal and written communication skills: French and English for exchanges;
 Organized and structured approach (multiple tasks) to effectively manage a large workload under tight deadlines;
 Ability to work independently and collaborate with others as a good team player;
 Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced and versatile work environment.
