You will be the ambassador of customer service, ensuring an exceptional experience for both standard and custom products, especially in the field of process automation.

✅ Accurately process customer orders (quantities, prices, part numbers) within optimal timeframes.
✅ Verify purchase orders to ensure they align with our quotes.
✅ Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and a smile, via phone 📞 or email 📧.
✅ Collaborate with planning and operations teams to manage backorders and delivery timelines.
✅ Review return requests 🛠️, approve those that meet criteria, and handle associated credits/debits.
✅ Build strong relationships with clients 🤝, providing quick, courteous, and precise service at every interaction.

Perfectly Bilingual in both French and English oral and written.
Bilingualism is essential (spoken and written French and English), as the position requires daily interactions with colleagues, clients, and international partners who do not speak French.
* 3 to 5 years customer service experience within a manufacturing environment.
* Ability to learn product information quickly.
* Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Attention to detail with strong documentation and follow-up skills.
* Strong knowledge of ERP/order management systems.
* Experience with Microsoft Office 365 products especially Outlook.
