I'm recruiting a Customer Service Representative for my client located in Sainte-Julie.
Your role:
- Answer telephone calls, e-mails and customer inquiries regarding products, orders and deliveries.
- Provide accurate and complete information on products and services.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and propose appropriate solutions.
- Monitor customer files and ensure smooth communication between different departments (logistics, accounting, etc.).
- Record and enter customer orders in the SAP system quickly and accurately.
- Check order information (products, quantities, prices, delivery times).
- Follow up orders and ensure they are dispatched on time.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any stock or delivery problems.
- Update customer information in SAP and ensure its reliability.
Monitor orders in progress and inform customers of the status of their requests.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics and inventory management teams to resolve any problems.
- Participate in the analysis of customer feedback and propose process improvements.
Skills :
- SAP system skills for order management (data entry, tracking, inventory management).
- Good command of office tools (Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of logistics and sales processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English in order to be able to communicate with our English-speaking customers and partners.
- Sense of customer service and ability to manage delicate situations.
- Rigor, organization and ability to work under pressure.
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate with different departments.
