I am assisting one of our customers in the manufacturing sector in their search for a bilingual Customer Service Coordinator.

The position reports to the Director, Customer Service, Eastern Canada. The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with products and services. The incumbent will also be in charge of receiving, processing and modifying orders.


General responsibilities :

Be responsible for receiving customer purchase orders;
Process and modify orders in the systems;
Process credits and debits to customer accounts as required;
Ensure that all relevant information is communicated to the planning department and sales managers;
Verify invoices and work in cooperation with Accounts Receivable to complete the billing process;
Work with sales and marketing to ensure that product and customer files are kept up to date at all times;
Provide technical assistance on products, claims and other information related to product quality;
Provide support to Sales Managers and other CSRs;
Participate in any other related tasks.

Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years' experience in a similar position;
Experience in an ECB company (an asset);
Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) to be able to communicate with our French and English establishments;
Proficiency in Excel and MS Office;
Knowledge of Navision (an asset);
Good organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of work;
Good problem-solving skills;
Flexibility and cooperativeness;
Good team spirit with good communication skills.
