We are looking for a bilingual customer service technician to join our client's team in Saint-Rémi.
Responsibilities :
-- Mass mailing of sales program via email, mail, etc....
- Update customer files, complaint files, contact lists, etc....
- Enter customer orders
- Follow-up on orders
- Website management and updating
- Logistics support
- Manage invoicing
- Answer customer calls and e-mails.
- All other related tasks (procurement, supplier contacts)
Qualifications required:
- DEP in administration or equivalent experience
- Experience in customer service
- Computer literate
- Experience with Office 365, Simply Accounting and CRM software
- Fluently bilingual (French and English)
- Sales experience an asset
