I am assisting one of our customers in the manufacturing sector in their search for a Warehouseman in Ville-Saint-Laurent .
Under the supervision of the Production Manager, your responsibilities will be :
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m;
Complete the inspection process in collaboration with the quality team
Prepare production items for the plant
Record each inventory movement in the computer system
Preparation of production items for the plant
Check items and quantities received against purchase orders
Record each inventory movement in the computer system
Identify, investigate and report any inventory discrepancies
Store materials according to pre-established location plan
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Place replenishment orders with purchasing team
Any other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Good computer skills for inventory management
Good ability to perform basic inspection of material received or to be shipped
Experience with forklift operation (and possession of competency cards)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Able to work with minimal supervision
Resourceful, Methodical, Conscientious and Thorough
