I am recruiting on behalf of my client, a fast-growing company specializing in grain processing, known for its commitment to sustainability and the promotion of regional agriculture. The work environment is dynamic, versatile, and fosters employee autonomy.
As part of its expansion, we are looking for a Grain Center Coordinator to oversee production flow management and optimize logistical and technical operations.
The role involves managing incoming and outgoing grain, monitoring silo inventory, and optimizing delivery coordination to ensure seamless operations.
* Flow Management: Oversee grain reception, loading, unloading, and classification.
* Inventory Tracking: Update stock levels and coordinate grain transfers between silos.
* Technical Operations: Operate screening systems and conduct quality control on products.
* Logistics & Weighing: Ensure delivery tracking and coordination.
* Maintenance & Safety: Participate in equipment maintenance and comply with safety regulations.
* Experience in logistics, agri-food production, or inventory management (an asset).
* Autonomous with a strong sense of responsibility.
* Ability to handle stress and take initiative.
* Comfortable working at heights.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (an asset).
* Bilingual (French & English).
* Experience in industrial maintenance (an asset).

Schedule :
- Position N1 - Day Shift : Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Position N2 - Evening Shift : Sunday to Thursday, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
