We are looking for their future Purchasing Manager on a 1-year contract for our client located in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville.
Main responsibilities
- Manage the entire purchasing and procurement process, including soliciting bids, placing orders and processing incoming material;
- Negotiate prices and delivery terms;
- Strategically rethink the purchasing process;
- Develop and maintain good partnerships with suppliers;
- Maintain up-to-date records of bids received, price lists and open orders;
- Collaborate with accounting to settle invoices;
- Manage raw materials inventory;
- Perform any other related tasks.
Requirements for this position:
-Training in administration, supply chain management or equivalent;
- Relevant experience in a similar position;
- Proficiency in Office suite tools;
- Good level of English;
- Structured, autonomous, analytical and good communicator.
