In this context of continuous growth and optimization, the company is looking for a seasoned professional to play a key role in the strategic management of its supply chain.

Reporting to the Operations Manager of a regional office, the incumbent will be responsible for orchestrating purchasing and supplier management activities, with a view to optimizing costs, ensuring reliable deliveries and meeting quality standards. This position acts as a strategic lever within operations, directly influencing the fluidity of the supply chain and the competitiveness of the organization.

Main responsibilities:

Lead inventory management with particular attention to turnover, data accuracy and surplus reduction.

Oversee the issuance and follow-up of purchase orders, ensuring consistency with production forecasts and business priorities.
Develop long-term strategic supplier partnerships, while constantly monitoring opportunities to reduce costs and optimize lead times.

Negotiate supply agreements in line with the company's overall performance objectives.

Ensure supplier compliance with quality, safety and traceability standards (ISO standards, customs security programs, etc.).

Actively collaborate in transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, particularly with regard to procurement and planning processes.

Contribute to the management of supply chain risks (disruptions, price fluctuations, geopolitics, etc.).

Significant experience in purchasing or supply management, preferably in a structured manufacturing environment.

Key competencies:

Strategic vision of operations and ability to align procurement activities with business objectives.

Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships from a sustainable partnership perspective.

Strong awareness of performance, quality and profitability issues.

Proficiency in computerized procurement systems and shipping processes.

Bilingualism (French and English), essential for working in an international environment.
