We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented associate to support supply chain management and compliance activities .

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs, responsibilities will include:

Supplier monitoring: Ensure that suppliers comply with ethical and social standards, This includes:
Identify suppliers to be audited;
Review audit reports and ensure they are renewed on time;
Identify problems and propose solutions in collaboration with the procurement team.
Documentation and reporting: Maintain records of audits and actions taken in the supply chain. Prepare reports for management on progress and strategies implemented.

Environmental and Social Responsibility (ESG): Collect and analyze ESG (environmental, social and governance) data, support the development of the Responsible Supply Chain annual report, and participate in the disclosure of sustainability practices.

Research and analysis: Keep abreast of regulations, trends and standards concerning the supply chain, including legislation on modern slavery. Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.

Policy updating: Participate in the updating of internal policies such as the Code of Conduct, and assist in the development of new policies.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, social sciences or related field;
1 to 3 years' relevant experience;
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and tools (e.g. SAP system);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentation creation;
Understanding of compliance standards and best practices in supply chain management;
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams;
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
