The Senior Supply Analyst plays a critical role in enhancing and optimizing supply chain processes to improve performance and reduce costs. This individual will analyze current systems, identify optimization opportunities, propose solutions, and strengthen overall efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to align processes with the organization's strategic goals.

The Senior Supply Analyst plays a critical role in enhancing and optimizing supply chain processes to improve performance and reduce costs. This individual will analyze current systems, identify optimization opportunities, propose solutions, and strengthen overall efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to align processes with the organization's strategic goals.
- Review and optimize supply chain processes to improve operational performance.
- Analyze current systems (ERP, MRP, etc.) and recommend improvements to reduce costs, lead times, and errors.
- Collaborate with internal teams in supply, production, logistics, and sales to ensure smooth process integration.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Stay updated on supply chain innovations through technological monitoring.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for management to support strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in supply chain process analysis, ideally in a similar role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools (Excel, PowerBI, MS Project).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
