Take the reins of an agile, high-performance global logistics operation! You'll be at the heart of logistics operations management on an international scale, steering procurement, strategic purchasing and product distribution.
Your mission? To guarantee optimized deliveries, reduce costs and streamline the supply chain, while implementing ever more efficient processes.

What we offer
Location : Ville Saint-Laurent office (face-to-face)
Supervision: Supervision of a team of 2 to 5 people

Your responsibilities
Manage global logistics: Ensure smooth, secure supply, from raw materials purchasing to distribution.

Negotiate and optimize: Establish strategic agreements with suppliers and transport partners to guarantee competitive costs and impeccable service quality.

Structure and improve: Develop logistics governance rules, standardized procedures and warehousing and storage strategies.
Analyze and innovate: Monitor KPIs, optimize processes and anticipate needs to ensure sustainable performance.

Manage and motivate: Lead, train and inspire the logistics team to ensure smooth operation.


The ideal profile

You are a logistics strategist with an analytical mind and a proactive approach. You excel in negotiation, project management and logistics flow optimization. Your natural leadership skills enable you to manage and develop a high-performance team.

10 years' experience in a logistics or supply chain management role,
Bachelor's degree in administration or other equivalent training or experience.
Demonstrate inspirational leadership
Excellent organizational skills and efficiency in managing tasks and priorities.
Good knowledge of MS Office suite (Advanced Excel)
Excellent command of French and a functional level of English is required.
